Jason Hiller, CEO

Jason’s career spans more than two decades in the home services industry, primarily focusing on HVAC and Plumbing. His journey started from working in the field and ascended to Division Vice President at American Residential Services. With various promotions and roles, he developed leaders from within, increasing revenues by $30mm, achieving over $100mm in his region. Jason excels in integrating acquisitions and introducing new service lines. He attributes his success to a customer and employee-centric approach, consistently delivering top and bottom-line growth. Beyond his HVAC and Plumbing career, he cherishes family time and plays baseball for his hometown club team in Charleston, South Carolina.

Dianna MacDonald, CFO

Dianna is the Chief Financial Officer of Liberty Service Partners. In this role, she is responsible for all the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and financial reporting. Her career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy largely in private equity funds and private equity sponsored companies. A certified public accountant, Dianna holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an accounting concentration from Oregon State University. Additionally, she is active in several industry organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Financial Executives International (FEI), and Texas Wall Street Women (TXWSW). Dianna resides in McKinney, Texas and as an accomplished equestrian, spends her free time on horseback or planning her next foreign trip.

Dave Haswell,
Vice President - Sales & Marketing

Dave Haswell is the current Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Liberty Service Partners bringing over 30 years of executive sales leadership experience to the organization. With a proven track record in building highly successful sales and marketing teams, Dave thrives on driving growth and achieving unparalleled results. Dave’s expertise lies in leading and developing professional in-home sales teams and organizations. By fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and competitiveness, he empowers individuals to reach their full potential while surpassing business targets. Beyond the sales and marketing arena, Dave’s love for sports and family fuel his drive for excellence in all aspects of life. When he’s not leading sales and marketing teams to victory, you’ll find him enjoying a sporting event or soaking up the sun with his wife and kids on their boat or at the beach.

Daniel Braun,
Vice President – Operations & Power Integration

Daniel Braun is the Vice President of Operations & Power Integration for Liberty Service Partners where he works with leaders to implement new product lines as well as efficient installation and service practices. Daniel’s career began as an owner operator of a residential electrical company until he joined Tri-State Water, Power, and Air in 2008. With a strong work ethic and dedication to customer service excellence, Daniel worked his way through the ranks as an installer to Vice President of Operations. During his tenure at Tri-State he has worked with multiple divisions including installation teams, customer service, and sales teams. He has also spearheaded greenfielding multiple locations throughout the Midwest. Daniel holds multiple master electrical licenses and contractors licenses in multiple states and municipalities. He also holds a degree in Industrial Electronics from Mineral Area College and Industrial Maintenance from Southeast Missouri State University. Daniel biggest passion in life is his family. When not working Daniel and his wife Chelsea take every moment they can to enjoy their 2 children. He is an active coach for both children and loves living that travel ball life.

Nick Rossino,
Head of Mergers & Acquisition

Nick serves as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Liberty Service Partners. He focuses on pursuing and executing new investment opportunities along with driving growth and value creation among existing portfolio companies. Before joining NorthCurrent in 2023, Nick worked at Lazard as an Investment Banker focused on M&A advisory for their Industrials team. He covered a variety of industrial sub-verticals but primarily focused on Business Services and Capital Goods. Nick began his career as a management consultant at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in New York, where he focused on transaction integration, separation, and due diligence. After to PwC, Nick worked for Blackstone for their Tactical Opportunities fund. He supported their investment team in portfolio management focused on asset management, corporate finance, valuation, and fund analytics. Nick earned a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Nick is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan and currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife.
