Nick serves as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Liberty Service Partners. He focuses on pursuing and executing new investment opportunities along with driving growth and value creation among existing portfolio companies. Before joining NorthCurrent in 2023, Nick worked at Lazard as an Investment Banker focused on M&A advisory for their Industrials team. He covered a variety of industrial sub-verticals but primarily focused on Business Services and Capital Goods.
Nick began his career as a management consultant at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in New York, where he focused on transaction integration, separation, and due diligence. After to PwC, Nick worked for Blackstone for their Tactical Opportunities fund. He supported their investment team in portfolio management focused on asset management, corporate finance, valuation, and fund analytics.
Nick earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors from Drexel University with a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Nick is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan and currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife (Anora) and daughter (Brooke).
