Josh brings nearly 30 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in systems development, operational efficiency, and process improvement. He began his career through an IT apprenticeship at Southeast Missouri State University before transitioning into the private sector. During his early time with Tri-State Water, Power & Air, he developed a lead management and automated dialing platform that modernized the company’s sales process for more than a decade. He later led document management initiatives that improved organization-wide access to critical records and streamlined operations. Since rejoining Liberty Service Partners in 2021, Josh has continued leading technology initiatives and operational improvements across the organization. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, his dogs, and gaming with friends.
