Caroline LaValle serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Inside Counsel for Liberty Service Partners, where she works closely with leadership teams to support compliance, internal policies, and organizational risk management. Since beginning her career in home services with Tri-State Water, Power & Air in 2007, she has held a variety of roles that have provided extensive operational knowledge across the business. Caroline earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a member of the Missouri State Bar. Known for her collaborative approach and strong operational insight, she plays a key role in supporting the organization’s continued growth and integrity. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.
