Brooklyn Holland serves as Director of People & Recruitment for Liberty Service Partners, overseeing human resources and talent acquisition across the organization’s growing portfolio of brands. With more than five years of experience in HR and staffing, she began her career as a healthcare recruiter before joining Tri-State Water, Power & Air as a Corporate Recruiter in 2023. She later advanced into a Recruitment Manager role with Liberty Service Partners before being promoted to Director of People & Recruitment in 2026. Brooklyn is passionate about strengthening company culture, developing leaders, and creating employee experiences that support long-term growth and success. While recruiting remains a core passion, her focus has expanded into helping teams scale thoughtfully, connecting people to purpose, and building organizations that are both high-performing and people-centered. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spoiling their dog, and attending Texas A&M sporting events.
